  2. Dear Rahul,

India ranks 87th according to Transparency International. The countries more corrupt than us or at par with us are the ones mentioned above.Source of information : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Corruption_Perceptions_Index

Trust me I am as a patriotic as you are but somethings have to be accepted with a pinch of salt. The corruption factor is one of the major reasons for India's deficit budget.

The number of scams from CWG to the Adarsh Society one are only a few examples to point out how deep rooted corruption is in our system.

  3. its not about being patriotic, its just about the findings of the report, we do not need any report to let us know that India is corrupt, but if we have to take the report in to account, definitely India is not the most corrupt nation, at least the information given above is not true, if asked in snap which was the most corrupt Nation according to TI, then people after reading the above post may mark India as the answer!

  6. I don't think India is the most corrupt nation.
We are performing better than Somalia,Mynamar, Afganistan etc. Looking at our current political scenario 87th rank is not bad. Thanks god, we are not at 187th rank.
