- Pratibha Murthy case : Cab driver Shiva Kumar, 34, was on Wednesday found guilty of murdering BPO employee Pratibha Srikanth Murthy. Justice BV Gudli, the presiding officer of the 11th fast track court, would pronounce the quantum of sentence on Friday.
The court found Kumarguilty of kidnapping, raping and murdering the 24-year-old employee of GlobalSoft, the BPO of Hewlett-Packard, on December 13, 2005
